ABOUT ME
Welcome, my name is Emilie Roe, and I am your local House Cleaner based in Lakenheath, Suffolk.

I just thought I'd take a few moments to introduce myself. I own and run Roe Cleaning single handidly and I love it. I really love what I do, which is wierd because like most teenagers or young adults, I hated cleaning. However, after years of maintaining my own home and looking after my family I have grown to love it and I love doing the same for others.

I haven't always had a professional cleaning business, Roe Cleaning itself was only started in 2022. So here's a little work history for you to get to know me better.
As well my own cleaning business I also work as a cleaner for a local Holiday Parc, so I have lots of cleaning experience.
Prior to moving to Lakenheath 5 years ago, I had my own Dog Walking business in Letchworth, Hertfordshire which I loved doing. I have two dogs of my own, Otto who is a Poodle/Yorkie mix, and Charlie who is a Cairn Terrier. They're both mad but we love them.
Prior to that I was a stay-at-home mum to my three children, which was probably my busiest and most stressful time, as any parent will understand.
Prior to that I was a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police Service for several years, so be assured that I take my safety, your safety and the security of your property very seriously.

I am a mother to three children, so my work revolves around them. Which is why during school holidays I have to alter cleaning schedules to work around them. Thus far my clients have always been extremely supportive and understanding of this and I am always grateful for that.
As a busy mum I can totally relate to not having time to clean your home. When my children were younger our home certainly looked like a bomb had hit it. Now that my children are a little older it is less of a bomb site but teenagers still have a way of creating more mess than seems logically possible.
One of the first things a new client always says to me is "I'm sorry about the mess", and I always try to reassure people that I couldn't care less about their mess. It's their home, it's their family dynamics, I am not here to judge anybody. If your home was perfectly clean you wouldn't be needing my services, and honestly I love being able to help people out and take some of the pressures off of them by providing them with a clean home.

If you're in the Air Force, you might be interested to know that I am what they call a RAF Brat. My father is a retired Wing Commander from the Royal Air Force. So I understand the challenges of a constantly moving family and the stresses involved in moving homes. So if you're PCSing, why not give me a call to remove the stress of cleaning day for you.
