This service is for regular cleaning of your property, and you can choose to either to a full house clean or rotate differnet areas of the property each week.
e.g. the ground floor one week, first floor the second week, third floor the third week, and continue rotating.
OR
All the bathrooms and toilets one week, all the bedrooms the second week, lounge and kitchen the third week, and continue rotating.
OR
All the dusting and hoovering one week, all the kitchens and bathroom cleaning the next week, tidying and remaking bedrooms the third week.
The possibilities really depend on your needs and I can be flexible with what needs to be done.
This service is for those monthly cleans or for once or twice a year when you feel that you need to reset everything.
Unlike the End of Tenancy cleans, your property still holds all your furniture, and general stuff that we accumilate through life etc, so the deep clean needs to work around this and therefore it can take longer to achieve a full house deep clean.
A deep clean includes cleaning inside ovens, microwaves and fridges.
The price can vary starting from the minimum charge of £70 for a 2 bedroom property. I always like to view the property before quoting so that I can better guage how long a deep clean will take.
This service is for tentants leaving their property, or perhaps just moving in before all their furniture arrives.
The property should be vacant of all furninshings, except those supplied by the landlord.
