This is a great service for those who are moving, PCSing or perhaps even just before you move into your new property. The property should be empty or minimally furnished, to allow for full cleaning to take place.
All Landlord requirements vary slightly, but here we have provided a list of what is usually required by landlords for end of tenancy cleaning. This will let you know what we aim to achieve whilst on the premises. After cleaning you will be provided with a receipt to give to your landlord as proof of cleaning.
